Shipping Policy (Applies to orders within Norway only)
1. Processing and Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Delivery time within Norway is normally 2–5 business days from the date of shipment. During busy periods, holidays, or sales campaigns, processing or shipping times may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. Any additional fees for express or special delivery options will also be shown during checkout.
3. Shipping Method
We primarily use Posten/Bring or other reputable carriers to ensure reliable and trackable delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
4. Unclaimed Packages and Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, the address provided was incorrect, or you changed your mind after shipment, the return shipping cost and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. Only the product amount will be refunded once the package has been received by us. Return handling may take 1–6 weeks depending on the carrier. If you would like us to resend your order, a new shipping fee will apply.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at anna.sannerud@gmail.com with your order number and a short description and a photo,. We will arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
