Refund and Return Policy (Compliant with Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Rules)

3. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)
Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping) to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are normally processed within 1–3 business days after the item has been received by us, but the time may vary depending on your bank. If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, the address provided was incorrect, or you changed your mind after shipment, only the product amount (excluding shipping) will be refunded once the package has been returned to us. This process may take 1–6 weeks, depending on the carrier and processing time.
4. Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
- Opened CDs, vinyl, DVDs, or other sealed media (if the seal is broken).
- Digital downloads or streaming access once delivery has started and you have agreed to waive your withdrawal right.
- Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., autographed products or custom clothing). - Items marked as “Final Sale.”
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. We will cover the return shipping cost in such cases.
6. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs when exercising your right of withdrawal.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- For defective or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by us.
7. Digital Products
